Customers receive two REAL phone numbers – one in the country of residence, and the other at the destination which they would like to RECEIVE calls from.

You use the local number to make outbound calls to over 160 international destinations at the local charge rate + EM’s low per minute fee.

When you wish to receive calls via your existing mobile or landline, all you need to do is provide your family and friends the number you wish to RECEIVE calls from. They pay local charges, without incurring any international phone charges!

For example, if you have family and relatives in New Zealand, but you are currently residing in Australia:

You will be allocated two numbers:

09 1000 0000 (NZ Local Number)

03 9000 0000 (Australia Local Number)

Your family & friends in NZ call the 09 1000 0000 number which connects them to your existing mobile or landline in Australia! They only pay the local charge of the call!

When you wish to contact your family & friends in NZ, you call 03 9000 0000 and you will be prompted to dial the number of the person which you wish to talk to and only pay the local charge + EM’s low per minute fee.
