Does PhNUM replace my phone line?

Yes it can. Most small businesses/individuals own a landline and a mobile phone. You can replace your landline with a PhNUM and redirect this to number to your mobile or to any of our redirection options. The real benefit is your PhNUM can move with you.

Are there any phones that PhNUM will not redirect to?

No, PhNUM is device independent, so you can redirect your numbers to a land line, mobile phone or even your own SIP server.

How long does it take for a redirection to take place?

Redirections are active immediately.

Can I redirect my phone number/s to multiple phones?

You can set your numbers to redirect to up to 5 different phone numbers. You can easily log into your dashboard to add, delete and change the priority for the phone numbers you are redirecting to.

How much do calls cost?

You are charged for the destination of the phone call. So if you have a London phone number and you are redirecting it to New York, you will get charged the New York call rates. You can find our call rate chart here.

Does my customer get charged for calling my number/s?

Your customer gets charged for a local call, you will get charged low call rates you can find here.

Can I use PhNUM to make low cost international calls?

To make outbound calls all you need to do is purchase a number that is local for you, and then redirect that number to the person that you would like to call internationally. Then you just call your local number and get charged for the cost of a local call.

Can I choose a phone number from a particular city?

When purchasing your PhNUM you can select not only the country that you would like, but also the actual city that you would like the number in.

Is it possible to get a Toll Free number for my PhNUM?

We offer toll free numbers in most countries. If we don’t currently offer them in your country please contact us and we will attempt to acquire the number for you.

Can I get a phone number in a country that is not currently on your website?

We are regularly updating our Global Telephone Number offering. Please contact us if there is a phone number we do not offer on our website and we will do our best to provide you with your desired number.

Is there any contract or minimum commitment period?

We do not have any contracts or minimum commitment period; however any call credit in your account is non-refundable.

How do I check my charges?

You will get a complete record of all calls on your phone numbers on the 1st of each month. Alternatively, you can log into your account at any time and generate a report instantly via the dashboard.

Do I get a bill?

There are two separate charges for PhNUM; the monthly cost for your phone number and the charge for your calls per minute. You will get a receipt every time you recharge your call credit and each month for the charge for your phone number. PhNUM comes with a dynamic dashboard so at anytime you can login and review your PhNUM spend.
